I have A Canon BJ-5 which is very similar to Apple's Stylewriter.

I managed to get it working with GSOS, I used Harmanie 2.0's Grappler+
driver and the Epson printer driver that came with GSOS.

The Stylewriter is a serial printer isn't it?  try using the original
driver for the stylewriter, and the GS port driver.  Harmanie drivers
work very well, my BJ-5 wouldn't work with Apples drivers at all.
