   As some others had asked about this, I took the copy I snagged off
c.b.a2, unbinscii'd it, renamed it from 'Q2.SHK' to 'Quest2.shk', and
copied it over to cco.caltech.edu, in the pub/apple2/uploads directory.
I checked it with nulib, and it looks fine.
