I don't suppose they fix them, as well? Mine is currently at a place in
Cortland, IL. called TBC Consulting Repair and Resale. It's been there
for the better part of a year, and I don't know what's up. Last time
I talked to them, they were having trouble getting parts. Could you
please post that address, (when you can), so I can find out the status
on my OctoRAM? Thanks!
