Convert composite Apple mon into RGB?

Hi. I recently acquired an AppleColor Composite color monitor, w/ one
typical RCA-jack for its input. Now, I know you can get some use out of
such a beast, but the colors rendered here really sort of STINK and the
bleeding onto white REALLY STINK.

Anyone know of a way to convert (as in add on, or something, a
circuitboard) a composite monitor into an RGB? I'd just rather not spend
the $ to buy a used RGB if I can avoid it. THanks.
