Well I saw an ad in the paper for a AppleCD 150 and couldn't resist.  I bought
it.  I have a GS ROM 01, RF SCSI Rev D, ROM 3.01e, 4 megs of RAM and a LaCie
170MB ext HD.  I have to go out and buy another SCSI cable tommorrow so I can't
hook it up tonite.  I saw a post from someone mentioning that you can do some
things without DiscQuest (SP).  I will most likely be buying this in the next
few but I wanted to know what I can do with/without.  I did get the RF file
that was posted on the net that allows access to CD ROM audio disks (I think
thats what it was).  Also, the guy who I bought it from told me about a
terminator plug.  He used it on a Mac and I am not sure if I will need to buy
this or not.  I planned on hooking the CD ROM into the HD (which of course is
hooked directly to the RF card).  If there are any problems or hints anyone can
provide please do.  I plan on being at the electronics store when they open. :)
