Using Full Capabilities of Ext. Keyboard

I was wondering what the best things are to get to utilize the F1-F15 and
pageup/pagedown/help/home/etc. keys on an extended keyboard.  I just bought an
extended keyboard and I was wondering what I can use to take full advantage of
them.  I have looked for something that would remap commands in applications to
those keys.  I would greatly appreciate any help with this.  I have tried
Fkeys, which allows certain functions to be used, but I'm looking for something
more like SuperDataPath that would map say Command-l to F5 or the like in one
program, and something else to F5 in another program, or as close as I can come
to that.  Thank you.
