Sounds like RF interference, since only your cordless phone rings.  If      
corded phones rang, then that could mean a modem problem (you could try
turning your modem and other equipment off one piece at a time to see
which is the offending piece)  If it is RF, you could try changing
the frequency of your phone.  I think most cordless phones allow a
few different frequencies, set by little DIP switches in the base and
handset.  I don't know if this would change the ring signal, but it's
worth a shot.
