Fruity Dog does not do UUCP or the like, it's only fido, but finding a 
uucp/etc
gateway system is pretty easy these days..just ask your fido host for 
someone
in the area...

Fruity dog *IS* freeware, the latest version is 6.2 (5.0 is very unstable, 
and
old..upgrade if your using 5.0)

I *will* accept donations towards the cause...we have put over 4 man Years 
of
work into this project (2 people) and have done the 'impossible' with 
fido and
the apple ][...
