Amiga MED files on //GS?

I am trying to play Amiga MED (not plain MOD) files on my //gs that I download
from ftp.cdrom.com.  I can get them downloaded and decompressed, but I can't
find any way to play them.  Is there a program I can use to play them or
convert them.  I would be able to convert it on a Unix machine if that was the
only way to do it.  I would greatly appreciate any help on this.
