Okay, so Where are the .DL files???

Well, I have had the DL viewer for some time, but I can't find any
.DL files at all to even use the viewer with.  I imagine some 
big FTP site somewhere has some, but I couldn't even find any
on Wuarchive or Umich

Any pointers welcome.
