Hi Bill,

Yup, SCSI ID and termination all accounted for.  I've also tried the
CD-ROM and floptical drives by itself to no avail.  The identical
setup (other than the device) works with a Maxtor SCSI HD so I'm
looking at RamFAST as the culprit.
