Apple II Plus Word Processor?

The rehabilitation unit in a small hospital near me has an old //Plus.
No hard disk. It's mostly used for training stroke impaired patients.
They're looking for an easy-to-use word processor to handle small tasks
(letters, spelling, news, etc.). Can anyone with a kind heart enlighten this
PC (GASP! EGADS! ONE OF THE NERD HERD!) user on where to find them something
useful? 

Will appreciate any guidance on the subject.
