Wanted:Apple II Profile controller card & cable

Hard to believe, but the only place I've been able to locate such a card at
Apple is in the corporate vaults.  Actually, I don't know where said vaults
are, they won't tell me.  Somewhere in the Rockies...  I think a note from
the President (Clinton, not Spindler) might get the stormtroopers to let me
borrow one.  Hmmm... Well, since no one will reply to
president@whitehouse.gov, I guess I'll ask the net.

See, there's this PowerPC code I wrote back in 1985...  Even though I don't
know if the ProFile's ones and zeros are good today, I'd still like to get
the card.  Mine was lost at sea, or was that a horrible bandsaw accident? 
Ah well, whatever, it's gone, but the drive remains. 

So if you know where I can get one, or if you've got the card (and cable),
I could let go with a few bucks.
