Thoughts for the Day contest

The deadline for my latest contest is drawing to a close. Because
I've received ZERO entries, I encourage anyone who wants to submit
something to do so -- there's nothing so depressing as not being
able to send our a gift certificate for free software.

I want your computer jokes, elephant riddles, sports trivia, or
any other candidates for our Thoughts for the Day databases.
(TFTD is a Finder extension that displays a message once a day
when you start up your Apple IIGS.) Submit entries on a disk,
or e-mail them to me, as a text file.
Keep each message under 250 letters, and put a blank line after
each message. If we choose your text file, you get full credit, and
one lucky person will get a gift certificate for one free program
from Pegasoft.

Example:

Q: World's Oldest Computer Joke: How many programmers does it take
to change a lightbulb?

A: None--it's a hardware problem.

Repeat: NO ENTRIES so far. With odds like this, how can you afford
not to submit an entry? Besides, it's a lot of fun.
Contest deadline is July 31,1994 or whenever I send out my Summer
Newsletter -- which ever comes last.
