Shift-Key mod for II+ Needed!

Hello out there!   Well, I ressurected my first beloved computer
last night... Power supply was REALLY week...Wonder when that 
happened..... Well after 12 years I guess it is okay to replace
the ps in it....

Anyways, I finally got  true VideoTerm board and would like to
do the Shift-key mod so GNO can understand what I am typing in....

I know it is a one wire fix from somewhere on the encoder board to
the joystick port but  I just can't remember which to where on what..
