The program that you are looking for is Fruity Dog for GBBS/ACOS, there are
quite a few sties that can help you ...well i'll take that back. If not one
on Ogg-net has it, then you may be SOL. I have a copy laying around some
where if you are interested.

Yup thats your best best, and whats best of all is that Metal/FV is FREE.
Proline is also a good way to go but you have pay a few bucks which is 
well worth the price. Regarding UUCp and GBBS/ACOS, it will never happen
