Re: IIgs Rom 01: Mac keyboards -- compatible??

Any keyboard that comes with or works with a Mac SE or more recent
Macintosh will work. The SE was the first Mac to use the same ADB keyboard
and mouse connections that the IIgs uses, and all of the Macs ever since
also use that connector.

No, they don't have the ADB connector that's required. Same for the Mac
Plus keyboard.

You use the option key instead of closed-apple, just like on the IIgs
keyboard. The only other issue is that on some keyboards (non-apple,
usually clones of the Apple Extended Keyboard), the reset key doesn't work
with modifiers. In other words, things like control-reset and
apple-control-reset will come through as plain reset.
