SCSI Card

Hi!
I'm posting this for my cousin, who doesn't have this Newsgroup available
on his computer.

The ROM of his old (the first, slow) SCSI-card got blown up and he'd
like to repair this by burning one by himself. To do this he needs
the data from this chip. Is there anybody who already read his ROM
and put the data into a file? Anybody who could do so in order to
provide him with this data?
