Two questions about RamFast

Hello from France,

I have a Ramfast Rev D 256k V3.01e and it works very well.

I have two questions :

1- The REPROM on it is AM27C256-90. To have a backup of the REPROM, I made
   a copy on a AM27C256-200. These REPROM (200nS) seems to work well.
   Is there any reason to have a 90nS REPROM ?

2- Is there any way to play audio CD with Apple 300 CD-ROM
