A better one is to enable Visit Monitor (# from the monitor), then
change all references to 8F 48 00 E1 or 8F 4A 00 E1 so that the 8F is an
AF.  This causes the CDA menu to be enabled during the demo or whatever
so you can Visit Monitor and poke around without stopping the demo from
running.
