The current IP address for ftp.cco.caltech.edu is 131.215.48.151 - it used
to be 131.215.139.2, but it was changed after the "great security incident"
last school year... :) 

BTW, the Apple II archive site on CCO is now accessible via WWW - 
http://www.ccsf.caltech.edu/~dmz/a2archive.html
