I just received a disk from Vitesse, upgrading my Quickie software to v3.2. A
letter accompanying the disk explained that they were sending the software
upgrade ahead of the Quickie-C hardware (color scanning adapter), since the
manufacturing problems had delayed the shipment of the hardware portion of the
Quickie-C package.
Lowell Erbe (Vitesse Tech Support on GEnie) maintains a presence in the Vitesse
roundtable on GEnie (vitesseinc.@genie.geis.com) - you could talk to him there.

There's part of your problem - The A2 community has pretty much abandoned AOL
and have gone to GEnie (and vice-versa).
