Thanks for the commentary and advice regarding the Z-RAM coard for the 
IIc.   In fact, I have now already installed it ---- successfully!
My Point-to-Point modem software recognizes a scroll-back memory of 
320K.

I removed the no-slot clock.  It is far too tall to leave in.

Last remaining question:  Do you have the software diskette for the CPM
functions?  The manual stated that a diskette should have been provided
to operate CP/M programs.  (A  Z-80 chip is attached to the bottom of my 
Z-Ram board.
