Help, when I boot my GS up, the boot screen comes up with
the INIT icons along the bottom but when the finder comes
up it locks up before displaying any of the drives or the
trash can (only the wristwatch cursor and MenuBar). I can't
get the CDA menu to come up at this point either. It appears
to be stuch scanning for drives.
Funny thing is: I can see my hard drives and there intact contents
when I boot from the 3.5 drive!
What's going on?
FYI, I've done the following:
-reinstalled RAMFAST driver
-reinstalled System 6.0.1
-Checked both partitions of my drive with Deliverance -- everything
checks out OK.
I have:
ROM 01 w/ 4 MB RAM
RamFast SCSI rev. D 3.01e
ZipGS 10.5/64
SuperSonic Card
40 MB 2.5" Quantum drive mounted internally on an Roadrunner card.
System 6.0.1
Thanks in advance,
Paul Schultz
