It should also be noted that there are separate versions of these for
Pascal and ProDOS. The Desktop Toolkit supports Mousetext and Double
hi-res graphics displays.

I have one of these (not sure which) floating around somewhere, but
I've never used it.

Both are "beta" releases, and Apple don't recommend using them for
released products.

I think it is the "Sample Programs" disk, not the System Master. The
DOS 3.3 User's Manual lists the included programs as follows.

HELLO, ADDRESS, ANIMALS, APPLE PROMS, APPLESOFT, APPLEVISION, BLACK
BOOK, BRICK OUT, COLOR TEST, DELETE.ME.1, DELETE.ME.2, DELETE.ME.3,
EXEC DEMO, FPBASIC, GET TEXT, INTBASIC, LOADER.OBJ0, LOCK.ME.1,
LOCKED.UP.1, LOCKED.UP.2, MAKE TEXT, ONERR DEMO, POKER, PHONE LIST,
RANDOM, VERIFY.ME.

There is a short description of each, so E-Mail me if you want to know
more about them. Many are intended to be used with examples in the
manual.
