KillDaWhoosh released for IIGS

You folks are either going to like this program or hate it... Your
choice.

   System 6.0 and later provide a way to be cutesy, and put annoying
little fluff on the screen: the 'whooshing rectangles.' Some people
like them. I don't. So, I wrote a program to kill all whooshing
rectangles that are done legitimately, and as I wanted the practice
writing a Control Panel, this program was made into a Control Panel.

   KillDaWhoosh is Freeware; t's been posted to cco.caltech.edu, 
grind.isca.uiowa.edu, and c.b.a2, so enjoy...
