Oops.  May be true for Apple Pascal RT, but I boot Apple Pascal 1.3 from my
3.5 drive in slot 5.  Pascal does only support block devices in slots 4-7
unless you want to fake it with your own drivers.

I don't know what the drive slot requirements are for CPM.  The only CPM
I used was on 5.25 floppies, and naturally I used slot 6 - never tried any
other slot.  I thought it supported more than A: and B: drives, implying
other slots were usable.
