To clean your mother board you can use a vacuum cleamner (as
suggested).  If there is stubborn dust try a soft natural
bristled paint brush to lossten up the dirt (Ground your self and 
hold a finger on the metal part for grounding).  JUst be gentle.
Anything more stubborn you can use qtips with alchohol.

I highly recommend Caig's product cramolin red for putting
on your card's edge finger befoe replacing them.
