Sound Card for IIe

 I recently went to a public schools surplus auction and found MANY IIe's and accesories.  I found (among other things) a sound card.  However i have no software to run this on my old IIe. could some kind soul either post or e-mail me with any informaton on this board, as i had never seen one before (it has a mic input and a speaker output on the board itself.  One of the other things i got was a RAM disk drive (320 i believe) but, alas, no card to connect it to the computer with...
