	No, that external was not ever released.  I seem to recall
that Steve had (at the time) been planning to integrate the features
of the external into the main dreamgrafix (note the proper spelling ;)
program.
	I know the external isn't lost.  Maybe if Steve (are you
reading this? :) could be convinced to release it.

	The only ones I can think of that handle this are Prism,
SHRView (I think thats the name.. its a Ron Mercer prog) and
DreamGrafix with the aforementioned external.
