Apple II DOS question.

I'm running the apl2em-2 emulator, and I have a, apple II DOS question 
to make:

How does one catalog a different drive?  It seems that I can only
look at the contents of drive A, or 1.  How can I access drive B, or 2?

Is there an online document with the description of the various apple II
DOS commands?
