The printing dialog box on desktop WPs will show you the name of the
driver AND the name of the port it's printing too. The LaserJet/Modem
message you're seeing at the top is refering to which port the computer is
trying to print from. So, if your printer is hooked to your printer port,
you need to go in the Direct Connect Control Panel (DC Printer is what
it's called) on the desktop Control Panel, and select the printer name in
the ports section - just click on the printer name. If you don't see the
name printer anywhere there, then your printer port driver has been made
inactive, or it doesn't exist in your Drivers folder in your System
folder. This solution applies to System 5.0.x onward.
