The Proton Command Shell contains a variety of file utilities.  The GS
version has graphics converters available.
Bad News:  Version 1.1 doesn't have precisely what you want.
Good News: Version 1.2 will probably have the ability to convert PNT files
to GIF files.  Version 1.2 will definitly contain a utility to convert a 
PNT or SHR file to an EPSON printer file that can be copied to an IBM
computer and then printed with a simple DOS command such as COPY GR.PRN PRN.
