I don't know if this'll help you, but I have "About Your Enhanced Apple
IIe: Programmer's Guide" that I got when I enhanced my //e, which contains
a commented source code for the enhanced //e ROM from $C100-$C1FF and from
$F800-$FFFF (no Applesoft source). All I had to do was ask for it (but that
was several years ago). The Merlin assembler is supposed to be able to
produce a commented (I think) source code for Applesoft (with SOURCEROR.FP),
but I have never actually seen this (I think I read it in the manual). If you
want comments for the ProDOS MLI, you could get "Supplement to Beneath Apple
ProDOS" from Resource Central.
