Thank you to everyone who told me about the logo on the Apple DOS Toolkit.
I've found a copy of this disk on cassandra so I should be able to extract
the logo.

Also, thank you to whoever uploaded Black Magic to cassandra.  I had
previously tried a few times to transfer this to a PC but couldn't because
the disk was copy protected.  It's wonderful to have a copy of this game
that I can run on an emulator.
