That jumper on the ROM 03 motherboard is NOT to disable the programmer
CDAs, but to disable the control panel entirely (the text based one) on
the IIgs... at least according to A+/Incider... the jumper is located
near one of the memory chip banks... I can look up more specific info if
necessary...
