BIN files must be run from inside BASIC.SYSTEM with the BRUN or - commands.  
NDAs must be installed inside the System/Desk.Accs/ folder on your boot disk
(Finder 6.0.1 will automatically do so if you simply drag it onto the System
folder).  EXE files must be run from a shell such as Orca/Shell or GNO GSH.
