IISound Beta (for IIE) on c.b.a2

Well, I finally managed to get IISound Beta shrunk etc. and uploaded to the
mainframe so I could post it.
   It is now sitting on c.b.a2 ready to be taken. Note that a much more fully
featured release is in the pipeline. I have just been very busy with Uni work,
and thought that you'd all like to see something in the interim.
   I look forward to your feedback.
