Ultima V: Warriors of Destiny has a reasonable collection of Music
that plays on the Mockingboard. I suspect you'll also find YouTube
videos that will give you a 'reference' sound to test against.
Alternatively, if you're on a Mac Virtual ][ includes an AppleScript
that 'demos' its Mockingboard support using Ultima V
