Unloading CDAs

In the recent thread debating ROM 3 vs. ROM 03, it was noted that the
ability to unload the "Visit Monitor" and "Memory Peeker" CDAs (or
prevent them from loading?) was one distinction.  I currently do have
those two loaded, so I was wondering, assuming I do have the correct
machine, how would I get rid of them?
