Nothing is currently available commercially. I presume you refer
to TCP/IP & Ethernet.

Apple had an Ethernet card for the II, but the project was cancelled
just after completion of the board.

There are a number of options here. There's Brian Tao's MuGS, which
can handle email and news (and James Brookes is working on what is effectively
a slick GUI version of the 'elm' reader). MuGS (and presumably the Brookes
program) come with a modem-based email & news transport system to
get info off a Unix box and into your II.
Telnet and FTP will be forthcoming with the release of GS/TCP, which
is still in development. It's getting very close to being done, though,
and will support any Internet utility anyone cares to write, over
SLIP and MacIP (TCP over AppleTalk).
