If you are using System 6.0.1, you can use the RAM disk under GS/OS by 
installing the RAM5 driver.  This will also give you faster access to the 
RAM disk. :)  The only drawback is that the disk will not be available 
under ProDOS 8 while you use the Superdrive card (it's not the driver's 
fault, thought it's possible to have a driver like this for ProDOS 8, but 
it's non-existant right now).

Also, some games and demos will not run with the card, because the 
programs are expecting to use features of the Smartport that are not 
compatabile with the card.

This question has been asked enough times, that I think it should be put 
into the faq. :)
