Proper printer cable for an Epson Action Laser 1500

Does anyone know the proper cable that I need to connect a IIgs up to a
Action Laser 1500?  I tried the recommended one from Computer City a
"MAC+/SE/MAC II to Epson & HP Serial Printers" (8 pin mini din/db25).  This
cable has the following pins connected:

       8 pin mini                           db25
      ------------                        ---------
       Pin 1                              Pin 20
           2                                  N/C
           3                                   2
           4                                   7
           5                                   3
           6                                  N/C
           7                                  N/C
           8                                   7

I have set the printer control panel to a recommended HP III setting and
also using the Harmonie driver with no success.  Any recommendations?  If
someone has the proper pin outs, I would even break out the solding iron.
