There already is such a thing. It's called "Dos 3.3 Launcher", and
the latest version is 2.1. It allows a lot of old Dos 3.3 games that
fit in 48K of memory and don't use on-disk copy-protection to be
dropped on a HD.... Check your local ftp site; cco.caltech.edu has it
in pub/apple2/uploads/dos3.launch.shk.
