  How does the GS/OS Reference for System 5 fit into this?  Is it
completely obsoleted by the Programmer's Reference for System 6.0.1?
If so I can strike that off my list and save myself some money.  That
would make shelling out almost double for getting the System 6.0.1
manual airmailed to me easier to swallow!  (As you say, the manuals
are damn heavy and cost a bundle to ship via air, but I can't afford
to wait 3-4 months for the manuals to arrive via surface mail!)
