There may well be one, but I don't know of one.
Whenever I need to do this, I use a program called DUPLICATE which was
supplied by Apple as part of the "APW Tools and Utilities 1.1"
package, from APDA. It isn't available at present. One of
duplicate's options is to copy only one of the forks.
This lets you extract the data fork, and I wrote a shell utility
called RESGRAB which takes a copy of the resource fork and turns it
into a data fork in another file.
It wouldn't take much effort to extend it into a RESSPLIT program
which copies both forks into separate files. It would require a shell
(ORCA, GNO, APW, Merlin 16+, ProSel, ECP-16, ...) and System 5.0 or
later.
Another method of copying just the data fork is to use the version of
Finder supplied with System 4.0 or earlier, but run it with System 4.0
or later.
This doesn't help with the resource fork, though.
