I'd rather not krunk up a subject that ToddPW can explain better, but he's
probably busy so I'll summarize:
The Zip's design is such that it gives you 'free' writes to the slow side of
the GS under several conditions (ie, the write happens while the '816
continues onward from cache). Thus, the Zip is better for I/O intensive apps
then the TWGS.
