STM disk image software?

What program do I need to make the 5.25" disk images that STM uses, and
where can I get it?  Also, will I be able to download it as binary (or
UUdecode it) on my mac and then use Apple File Exchange to convert it to
prodos and run it on my IIGS?

Oh yeah, does anyone have a copy of Sierra On-Line's "Rescue Raiders" game
that they could make an image of? My original disk stopped working a few
years and I'm having SERIOUS withdrawls.

One more thing, is it normal for STM to usually run around 400KHz of an
LCII? Mine almost never gets over 500, regardless of the limit to 1MHz
menu setting.
