Specs on AE RAM Express ?

My other post to csa2 tells the tale of how I got an AE RAM Express board 
installed in an Apple //c plus I just bought.  But  I know very little 
about the board, and I'd like some info:  
	max RAM?
	clock/no clock?
	accelerator/etc. ?
