As far as I remember, GSBasic was supposed to be free.  I got it from an
Authorized Apple Dealer in Yakima, WA (Alpha Computers) for free. I just had
to supply the disk.  This was back in 1988.  Unfortunately, I never made a
backup and the disk got corrupted and I have been unable to find it since.

I'm still looking for it...
